Highlights:

• What’s included? (1) Mounting one customer-supplied TV to the wall at the customer’s preferred location. (2) TV mounting service includes providing one basic wall mount bracket. (3) Mounting the TV to the bracket and performing a load test of the TV.
• What is excluded? (1) The TV cannot be installed on drywall (gypsum board). (2) This service does not include carpentry or civil work. (3) Moving, packing and wrapping of the existing unit is not part of this service. (4) Changing the installation location after the service has started is not included. (5) Connecting all necessary basic video and audio components. (6) Note: Customer must check that there are no water pipes behind the wall before installation
